1. Cancellation

Once payment is received for conference or workshop registration and post conference publications, cancellations are not permitted. We are unable to provide refunds for conference or workshop registrations or any related services once payment is received.

2. Refund

Refunds are not available for conference or workshops registrations, or any related services once payment is received. However, for post conference publications, if the your paper is rejected by the publisher, we will deduct 40 % processing charges and refund 60 % of the post conference publications fee paid. Authors need to request refund within 7 days from the communication of publisher's decision with author. To request a refund, please write us at info@technologycentre.co.in with your order details and reason for the refund request. Refunds will be processed through payment method used for the purchase.
Refund Processing Time
Upon receipt of your refund request, please allow up to 3 working days for our team to inspect and process your refund request.
Credit to Bank Account
Once your refund has been processed, it may take an additional 5-7 working days for the refunded amount to be credited to your bank account. Please note that the exact timing may vary depending on your financial institution's policies./p>
